Shannon is personable, knowledgeable and very responsive. He answered my many (many) questions very quickly and thoroughly, was always available for a phone call and ensured that my husband and I were always kept in the loop. He made the process of buying a home for the first time enjoyable, which I never thought could happen! The day after we officially bought our new home, Shannon was on top of getting stagers, photographers, cleaners and an inspector through swiftly and smoothly so we could put our house up for sale as quickly as possible. He kept in constant contact and communicated all the details and timelines efficiently. While talking to the buyer’s agents on the phone he was patient, pleasant, friendly and informative. We sold our house in one week and he was fantastic during the entire process. Shannon has a great work ethic, and in this type of business, it means a lot to me since we are working with a lot of money.

Buying a home can be a stressful experience.
